As we progress through our #muscleup wave over the next four and a half weeks, we are breaking things down into more manageable (read: not easy) movements. Today, we did a false grip hang among other things. Wrists and forearms: so many of us are weak in these areas. Imagine the #preventative benefits for so many situations if we make them stronger.
